Hundreds gather to pray during annual Respect Life Mass in Red Bank
Hundreds gather to pray during annual Respect Life Mass in Red Bank
St. Anthony of Padua Church, Red Bank, was filled with people of all ages from around the Diocese who gathered to pray for the respect for all life issues March 5. The Mass was sponsored by the diocesan Respect Life Ministry in the Department of Pastoral Care and celebrated by Father Joe Noche, diocesan respect life chaplain. Among the priest concelebrants included Father Matthew Pfleger, parochial vicar of St. Dominic Parish, Brick.

After the Mass, the throng gathered in the parish hall where they shared food, fellowship and an opportunity to congratulate the 2016 winners in the Diocese's Respect Life Poster/Essay and Video contest.
