Highlands parish to mark 130 years

A Mass to mark the 130th anniversary of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, Highlands, will be held Nov. 24 at 10:30 a.m. Father William Lago, current pastor, and Father David Delzell, who served as pastor from 1968-1994 and is now retired, are among the priests expected to concelebrate the Mass. Representatives from various parish ministries will participate in the Presentation of the Gifts and in other liturgical ministries such as greeters and ushers. A luncheon will follow the Mass.
