St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton, will hold a Health and Wellness Day Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Crean Hall Auditorium (School of Nursing entrance on St. Francis Ave.)
Education sessions will begin at 8.
The day will include free admission, food and beverages. Free flu shots for children and adults; free school physicals for uninsured children, dental screenings, blood pressure and glucose screenings. Activities such as face painting will be available for children.
