July 29, 2019 at 12:37 p.m.
The Upper Room Spiritual Center, Neptune, will sponsor Rachel’s Vineyard weekend retreat, an intimate spiritual journey for anyone seeking healing after abortion, June 7 at 7 p.m. to June 9 at 4 p.m. in the Spiritual Center at 3455 W. Bangs Ave., Building 2.
This retreat is a safe place to renew, rebuild and redeem hearts broken by abortion. It offers a supportive, confidential and non-judgmental environment where women and men can express, release and reconcile painful post-abortive emotions to begin the process of restoration, renewal and healing.
The retreat will combine discussions, spiritual exercises, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, a memorial service and a Mass of Entrustment.
Participation is strictly confidential and offers an opportunity to experience God’s love, forgiveness and compassion.
The cost is $130 and includes meals, private room and all retreat materials. Financial assistance is available if needed. For more information or to register, contact Judy Warenkiewicz at 732-536-6871 or e-mail [email protected].
