Gift of Warmth Project

St. Francis Community Center, Brant Beach, will hold its annual Gift of Warmth Project which focuses on keeping the children in the community warm during the winter months.

In past years, the projects has distributed more than 800 children with blankets, clothing and footwear.

Help toward the project may be provided in the following ways:

Sponsor a family – provide gifts to all children in a particular family. For more information, call 609-494-8861, ext. 194

Monetary donations  (including gift cards) may be mailed to 4700 Long Beach Blvd., Long Beach Township, N.J. 08008 or dropped off at the front desk of the community center.

Grab A Tag – Tags with gifts requests are located in the community center and in the Brant Beach Church. Tags are also available at trees located throughout the community: Cause way Chiropractic, Ocean Medical, The Old Causeway Steak and Oyster House, Mud City Crabhouse, Farias Surf and Sport and Murphy’s Market.

Gifts should be returned no later than Dec. 11 to the community center foyer. Distribution of gifts begins Dec. 16-17. Information can also be found on www.stfranciscenterlbi.org
