Farewell, Father Vic
Farewell, Father Vic

After some 30 years of service ministering in parishes and schools in the Diocese of Trenton, Divine Word Father Victor Butler is preparing for a well deserved retirement and going to live in his community’s retirement residence in Tecnhy, Ill. Father Butler was the much-loved chaplain in Holy Cross High School, Delran, and was a familiar face around a number of parishes, namely Sacred Heart, Riverton, where on weekends he assisted with the celebration of Masses. Father Butler also had a productive healing ministry and led prayer groups across the diocese and retreats for young people at Holy Cross High School.  Courtesy photo
