The following parishes have announced Divine Mercy observances:

Bordentown

St. Mary Parish, 45 Crosswicks Street, will begin with the Rosary, meditations from St. Faustina’s diary, Stations of the Cross and the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 2 p.m., followed by Mass at 3 p.m.  A first class relic of St. Faustina will be venerated after Mass.  For information, call 609-298-0261.

Forked River

St. Pius the Tenth Parish, 300 Lacey Road, will begin with Confessions at 2 p.m.  While Confessions are being heard the screens will display quotations from St. Faustina’s diary regarding Confession.  Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament Entrance Hymn “Lift High the Cross,” will be played.  Divine Mercy Chaplet will be sung at 3 p.m. honoring the hour Jesus died for our sins.  Homilist will be Msgr. Pintabone, weekend assistant at the parish.  A closing prayer and benediction will be followed by the closing hymn “O God Beyond all Praising.”  Refreshments will be served after in the parish hall.  For information, call 609-693-0368.

Hamilton Square

St. Gregory the Great Parish, 4620 Nottingham Way, will celebrate from 3 to 7 p.m.  Father Jay Bowden, retired diocesan priest, will present a teaching on the Divine Mercy Devotion.  The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available throughout the day.  S’elah Song will be signing the Divine Mercy Chaplet, along with other music.  There will be a special blessing of the image, the prayer of the Holy Rosary, and Benediction, culminating with the celebration of the Holy Mass at 6 p.m.  Rosaries and prayer pamphlets will be provided.  For information, call Jeannine Bendas at 609-890-6238.

Lakehurst

St. John Parish, 519 Chestnut Avenue, will begin their celebration at 3 p.m. with the Chaplet and Litany followed by Mass.  Msgr. Elso Introini, weekend assistant in the parish, will be the celebrant.  Deacon Mike Pirylis, of the parish, will give a witness to God’s mercy in his life.  This Mass satisfies Sunday Mass obligation.  For information, call 732-657-6347.

Tabernacle

Holy Eucharist Parish, 520 Medford Lakes, will celebrate beginning at 2 p.m. with Confessions, Rosary procession, Veneration of the Divine Image, Adoration, Recitation of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, Benediction and Mass.  Confessions will not be heard during Mass.  Mass celebrant will be Father Juan G. Rojas, parochial vicar.  Refreshments will be served in Hoffman Hall.  For information, call Elaine Palecki at 609-410-0494.

Trenton

Divine Mercy Parish, 233 Adeline Street, will begin at 2 p.m. with the Rosary, Stations of the Cross, Chaplet and prayer, followed by Mass and Eucharistic procession at 3 p.m.  Dinner and Catholic War Veterans at 5 p.m.  The relic of St. Faustina will be venerated by the faithful after all Masses.
