As the universal Church commemorates the fifth anniversary of Pope Francis’ election to the papacy March 13, Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., wrote the following congratulatory message to the Holy Father on behalf of the Diocese of Trenton:

and the clergy, religious and faithful of the Diocese of Trenton
offer their prayerful congratulations and best wishes to
His Holiness Pope Francis
on the fifth anniversary of his election to the throne of St. Peter.
