U.S. Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) and his wife, Marie, will be recognized for their many years of dedicated support to the pro-life movement when they are presented with the Champion for Life Award at the 26th annual Champion for Life award a dinner to be held Oct. 25 in Doolan’s Shore Club, 700 Highway 71, Spring Lake Heights.

The dinner is sponsored by Mary’s Child Pro-Life Ministry, which represents the Monmouth County parishes of St. Catharine-St. Margaret, Spring Lake; St. Denis, Manasquan; Holy Innocents, Neptune; St. Elizabeth of Hungary, Avon-by-the Sea; St. Mark, Sea Girt, and St. Rose, Belmar.

Dinner tickets are $45 for adults; $35 for students, and $20 for children. Tables of 10 are available. A list of names of dinner guests must be provided. Reservations must be made by Oct. 19. Make check payable to: Mary’s Child Pro-Life Ministry, c/o St. Catharine Parish, 215 Essex Ave., Spring Lake, N.J. 07762. For information, contact Mary Reilly at 732-685-6011.
