Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., has announced the following episcopal appointments:
Rev. Msgr. James Dubell, to administrator of St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Cinnaminson, effective Jan. 1, 2016 through June, 2016, during the sabbatical of Rev. Peter James Alindogan, pastor.
Rev. Michael O'Connor, pastor, Sacred Heart Parish, Bay Head, to administrator of St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish, Lavallette, effective Jan. 1, 2016 to July 1, 2016, while continuing as pastor of Sacred Heart.
Rev. Daniel Kirk, to chaplain of Legatus, effective Jan. 1, 2016, while continuing as parochial vicar, St. Benedict Parish, Holmdel.
Very Rev. Stanley Lukasewski, to Episcopal vicar of Ocean County, effective Jan. 1, 2016, while continuing as pastor of St. Barnabas Parish, Bayville.
Rev. Rene Pulgarin to liaison for the diocesan Hispanic community while continuing as pastor of Christ the Redeemer Parish, Mount Holly, effective immediately.
