Students from St. Mary School, Bordentown, stand by to distribute samples of traditional Christmas food from Panama, as part of a program in which fourth through eighth graders studied Christmas celebrations and traditions in countries around the world. The students researched demographics, Christmas traditions and customs and then compiled information into PowerPoint presentations. Students also baked traditional recipes for parents and guests to taste after the PreK through third grades performed Las Posadas, the journey of Mary and Joseph. Parents also were treated to a recipe book so they could try their hand at international cuisine. Photo courtesy of St. Mary School
