Calling out the 'no' voters on the Unborn Child Protection Act
July 29, 2019 at 12:37 p.m.
The following is an open letter to U.S. Senators Robert Menendez and Cory Booker: I contacted your office in Washington, reached out to your staffers and wrote letters and sincerely urged you to vote “Yes” on the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, banning abortion after 20 weeks.
Your failure to support this bill that would’ve banned late term abortions, demonstrates how out of touch you are with the majority of Americans when it comes to human life. In addition, your vote does not mandate a choice - because the baby does not have a choice. Your decision, along with your colleagues to reject this pivotal legislation, prevents President Donald Trump from signing this bill into law and validates continuous gruesome late term abortion procedures that lethally injects and dismembers highly developed viable fetuses.
Your decision to block this bill reveals how radical and detrimental your representation is to our nation. Today’s pro-life millennials and all that make up the pro-life consensus will be asking every senator that did not vote for this bill how can they sleep at night or look themselves in the mirror and continue to allow inhumane life termination processes for infants that can live outside the womb. Most certainly, you will be held accountable for your actions.
Perhaps, you as a U.S. Senator can take some quiet time to see beyond the value of your own life and realize all human life is sacred.
