The first two days of November mark significant observances for the Universal Church with the Solemnity of All Saints on Nov. 1 and the Feast of All Souls on Nov. 2. In the Trenton Diocese, All Saints Day, which was a Holy Day of Obligation, was celebrated with Masses in parish and school communities, including Notre Dame High School, Lawrenceville, where Bishop David M. O'Connell, C.M., was principal celebrant of the Mass. Father Jason Parzynski, chaplain, concelebrated. A number of parishes and schools also invited their young people to dress as their favorite saint and give a short presentation on why that saint is meaningful to him or her.

Dubell, a retired priest of the Diocese, and in Jesus Bread of Life Cemetery, Hainesport, by Father Michael Dunn, parochial vicar of St. Isaac Jogues Parish, Marlton, and St. John Neumann Parish, Mount Laurel.
