Bereavement training sessions set

The Department of Pastoral Care, Diocese of Trenton, will hold two bereavement training sessions Feb. 19 and March 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Chancery at 701 Lawrenceville Rd., Lawrenceville, for parish bereavement ministry teams, parish members whom the pastor has asked to start a bereavement ministry and anyone interested in outreach to persons experiencing loss.
The topics to be covered include: Order of Christian Funerals; Understanding the Grief Process; Communicating with the Bereaved; Leading Grief Support Groups and Beginning a Parish Bereavement Program.
