Barnegat parish plans Spanish Mission

St. Mary Parish, Barnegat, will host a Spanish Mission entitled “Responding to the Spirit of the New Evangelization in the Year of Faith” from Sept. 16 to 19 each evening at 7 p.m. in St. Mary of the Pines Church, 100 Bishop Lane, Manahawkin.
The mission is being held entirely in Spanish. All are encouraged to attend for spiritual advancement. There will be a different theme every evening dealing with evangelization of the soul, the Church and the world. Mass will be celebrated on Sept. 19. Attendees will have the opportunity to go to confession during the mission.
The mission is being given by Paulist Father Bruce Nieli of St. Patrick’s Parish, in Memphis, Tenn.
