The Via Crucis, Way of the Cross, was celebrated in the City of Trenton on Good Friday, April 18. Sponsored by Catholic Charities El Centro de Recursos which supplies immigrant support services to the area’s poor, the more than one mile procession traveled from Sacred Heart Parish and ended at Divine Mercy Parish. An all-volunteer cast of actors, assistants and choristers will detail the last walk of Christ to his Crucifixion and lead participants in prayer and veneration.
