Almeda G. Burns, longtime secretary in Hainesport parish

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Feb. 8 in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Hainesport, for Almeda G. Burns, who died Feb. 2 in Samaritan Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mount Holly.
Mrs. Burns worked as a secretary and volunteer for many years in Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish where she was a parishioner and member of the Altar-Rosary Society. Mrs. Burns was predeceased by her daughter Sally L. Burns; son David W. Burns and grandson Charles E. Rinaldi.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann (Charlie) Rinaldi of Wilkes Barre, Pa.; a sister, Sarah Shellenberger of Norristown, Pa.; a grandson, Lt. Col. David Rinaldi; two great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Burial was in the Browns Mills Methodist Cemetery.
