While in Baltimore for the U.S. Bishops’ Fall General Assembly, Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., took the opportunity to visit with seminarians of the Diocese who are studying either at Mount St. Mary Seminary, Emmitsburg, Md., or St. Mary Seminary, Baltimore.
