Parishioners in St. Gregory the Great pooled their talents to provide meals for 700 guests of the Loaves and Fishes program held in St. Mary of the Assumption Cathedral, Trenton, May 26. While some from the Hamilton Square parish prepared hot meals of chicken, stuffing, corn and dessert for those less fortunate, others assembled brown bag lunches for them to take home. Still others served each guest after St. Gregory the Great parochial vicar, Father Augusto Gamalo, blessed the bounty. The parish’s “Joy of Socks” ministry provided a pair or two of socks for each person in attendance.
