Boys and girls in the sixth grade and older who are members of scouting or parish youth groups are invited to explore the Super Heroes of Faith during “Faith-Con,” the 62nd annual weekend Scout retreat, which will be held March 10-12 at the Pine Tree Environmental Center, Tabernacle.
Sponsored by the Diocese of Trenton Catholic Committees on Scouting, the youth planned and produced program includes a campfire, songs, skits, a flag ceremony, workshops, talks, games, service projects and prayer, all written by fellow Scouts. The retreat will conclude with Mass and checkout March 12.
Cost for the weekend is $35 per person, which includes three meals on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Registration is due no later than March 3. To register, send completed forms from the Scouting website with a check made out to DOT-CCS to the diocesan Scout Chaplain, Father Michael A.
