Funeral services for Daniel P. Haas, 2024 Notre Dame High graduate

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Aug. 31 in St. David the King Church, Princeton Junction, for Daniel P. Haas, 18, who died Aug. 24 from injuries he sustained as a passenger in a motor vehicle accident.

Mr. Haas was a 2024 graduate of Notre Dame High School, Lawrenceville, and was about to start his freshman year at Fairfield University in Connecticut. He played football, lacrosse and golf.

Mr. Haas is survived by his parents, Donald and Lisa Haas; three sisters, Emily, Sara and Julia, as well as many other family members and friends.

Before the 11 a.m. Mass begins, a gathering for family and friends will be held starting at 9 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Daniel Haas '24 Memorial Scholarship Fund. All gifts may be sent to Notre Dame High School, 601 Lawrence Rd., Lawrenceville, N.J. 08648, or online using the "Daniel Haas ‘24 Memorial Scholarship" as the designation at https://www.givecampus.com/campaigns/29441/donations/new
