• Willingboro, Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County, will hold “Depression in Older Adults” from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. May 7 at LourdesCare Cherry Hill, 1 Brace Road, Cherry Hill. Learn how to recognize the signs of depression, treatment options, self-help strategies, and about support groups for a happy and more balanced life. To attend, call 1-888-LOURDES (568-7337).

• Brick, Epiphany Parish, offers a senior exercise program Mondays at 2:30 p.m. in the all-purpose room at 615 Thiele Road. The program includes osteo exercise, chair aerobics, some rhythmic dance movements and healthy advice. Canes and walkers are welcome. For information, call 732-458-0220.

• Willingboro, Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County, will hold “Total Cholesterol and Blood Pressure Screening” from 1 to 3 p.m. June 4 at LourdesCare at Cherry Hill, 1 Brace Road, Cherry Hill.
