Four men to be ordained transitional deacons on May 21

On May 21, four men will take the penultimate step toward becoming priests in the Diocese of Trenton. Each with his own story of discernment and formation now awaits ordination as a transitional deacon by Bishop David M. O’Connell, C.M., during a Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Assumption Cathedral, Trenton. The ordination Mass also will be live streamed at dioceseoftrenton.org.
Following their diaconate ordination, the four men will continue their studies and serve parish assignments in the coming year. It is expected that they will be ordained to the sacred priesthood next spring.
