Catholic Charities' annual Walk of Hope set for May 19


Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton, will hold its fifth annual Walk of Hope 5K/walk/run from 7 to 11 a.m. May 19 in Mercer County Park, 1638 Old Trenton Road, West Windsor, west picnic area, rain or shine.

The day will begin with run registration at 7 a.m., followed by the run at 8 a.m. and the walk registration at 8 a.m., followed by the walk at 9a.m. Refreshments and giveaways will be from 9 to 11 a.m. The course length is 3.1 miles.

Those who attend are encouraged to bring a canned good to help stock the organization’s food pantry. Run registration is $40; walk registration is $25 (17 and younger are free). To register, visit WalfofHopeNJ.org. For information, contact Jennifer Leip at 609-394-5181, ext. 137, or [email protected]. Sponsorship is also available.
