Bob Cox awarded Knight of the Year honors by West Windsor K of C

St. David the King Council, Knights of Columbus, West Windsor, named Bob Cox of Princeton Junction as Knight of the Year at its annual council dinner Jan. 27. Cox, an Air Force veteran and retired owner of Cox’s Store in Princeton, has been an usher at St. David the King Parish since its inception. As a Knight, he has assisted at pancake breakfasts and the distribution of holiday food baskets to the community.
Cox has also served as commander of American Legion Post 76 and has held every officer position during his 50-year tenure with the Lion’s Club. He has acted as master of ceremonies at West Windsor’s Memorial Day and Veterans Day events and coordinated the town’s Renaissance Fair.
Bob and his wife Jane have two daughters, Alice Beene and Elizabeth Frasier, and two grandchildren, Christopher and Emily.
