"Court is now in session" is how the eighth grade students in St. Raphael School, Hamilton, were called to order in their social studies class. The class has been studying the judicial system and preparing for a mock trial. This was a lesson in understanding the components of the judicial system and how they interact to lead to a fair verdict for the parties involved.
