“What are you looking for?” That’s the question Jesus asked his disciples nearly 2000 years ago, and it’s the same question he asks his people today.

That question and other fundamental questions of the human heart, such as “What do I seek?” “What is at the center of my life?” “What will fulfill my needs” “What will bring me happiness?” will be explored during a seven-week video series in St. Gregory the Great Parish, Hamilton Square. Hosted as a collaborative effort by several parish ministries, the video series, entitled “The Search,” will run on Thursdays from Sept. 29 to Nov. 10, with morning sessions going from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and offered again in the evening from 7 to 9 p.m. “The Search” was produced by the Augustine Institute and developed around themes concerning people’s existence. Perspectives will be shared by an array of theologians, scientists, artists and athletes through their stories, knowledge and expertise.

After viewing a video, participants each week can look forward to engaging in small group discussions. There is a minimal registration fee and resources will be provided.
