As a way to help families and communities negotiate stress, losses and the many changes resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, Catholic Women of Zion is hosting an in-person and livestream gathering Sept. 12 in St. William the Abbot Church, Howell.

The morning, which runs from 9 a.m. to noon, will open with the celebration of Mass and include recitation of the Rosary, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, music by Joyful Praise, healing prayers and presentation on “Coping with Stress and Loss During the Pandemic.”

Presenter will be Dr. Adriane Gullotta-Gsell, a member of Holy Cross Parish, Rumson, and a licensed psychologist. She holds a doctorate and master of science degree from Fordham University in New York and a master of arts degree in theology from Georgian Court University, Lakewood.

Because the number for in-person attendance is limited, reservations must be made at www.cwoz.org or call 732-202-8352 by Sept. 7. When leaving message, spell the last name and give phone number. Face masks must be worn and social distancing will be observed. Admission is free.
