The Church of the Holy Cross, Rumson, is seeking an energetic business manager/administrator with proven financial and leadership skills to oversee business operations and maintenance of parish facilities. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial administration, facilities oversight with ability to interact with contractors. Responsibilities also include planning, budgeting, financial analysis, technology, legal concerns, communications, purchasing, stewardship/development and volunteer coordination.  

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of five years previous managerial experience, as well as excellent problem solving, communications, and organizational/interpersonal skills. A practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church is preferred. Church management experience and/or professional formation a plus.
